A plain account of your data.

What we collect

• Account access — your email address and the session information needed to keep you signed in.
• Advisor and assessment — the business profile, workflow answers, AI messages, reports, feedback, billing state, prompt/model versions, and evidence needed to deliver and improve the service.
• Seller review — the business, financial, operating, AI-stack, and contact details you choose to submit.
• The digest — the email address you enter to subscribe.
• Billing — Stripe checkout, payment-intent, authorization, capture, cancellation, and refund identifiers. Card details stay with Stripe.

How we use it

We use this information to run the advisor, interview and research workflows, generate protected reports and setup kits, verify the five-hour guarantee, authorize/capture/release/refund billing, measure recommendation outcomes, prevent abuse, and operate the supporting publication and marketplace.

We do not use submitted business or contact information for unrelated cold outreach, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the site and provides aggregate web analytics. Supabase provides authentication and database storage. AgentMail delivers operational email. If checkout is available, Stripe processes payment details on its hosted checkout page; card details do not pass through this site’s database. OpenAI processes redacted prompts for advice, research, report generation, and QA with response storage disabled.

These providers receive information only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the site or its users, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Analytics, cookies, and local storage

Vercel Web Analytics gives us aggregate page-view information without third-party analytics cookies. We also keep a first-party operational event log in Supabase so we can connect page paths, referral sources, and actions such as starting the advisor or subscribing. It uses a random tab-session identifier and does not store prompts, email addresses, form values, or secrets in the analytics record. The site uses local storage for your visual theme and advisor continuity, session storage for that random analytics session, and authentication cookies to maintain signed-in access.

How long we keep information

Anonymous advisor sessions default to a 90-day retention date. We keep account, subscription, submission, assessment, billing, report, and operational records only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. A seller can ask us to withdraw a submission at any point before or after publication.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the digest, withdraw a seller submission, or ask to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.

Signed-in users can export or delete customer data below. The automated endpoints verify the current account before acting.
